Dr. Su Luo, FAAD, FACMS is a Harvard-trained, double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. We are happy to announce her joining Coastal Derm, coming from her prior position as Director of Dermatologic Surgery and teaching faculty at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA.
Dr. Luo specializes in procedural dermatology for treatment of skin cancer including excisions, Mohs surgery as well as other procedures such as benign growth removals, rhinophyma repair and nail procedures. She has expertise in the medical management of skin cancer and pre-cancers. Dr. Luo also enjoys injectable aesthetics and is now accepting new patients for toxin and filler treatments at Coastal Derm Medispa.

Alicia Vatter (Salisbury) is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Dermatology.
Alicia first received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island. However, while working at Coastal Dermatology, alongside Dr. Zhou, she developed a passion for patient care. She then returned to Regis College where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and eventually a Master of Science in Nursing.
